After our first consultation which is free, our services are offered for a reasonable monthly fee fixed for twelve months at a time. The fee for compliance work (tax and company returns), which will be no more than your traditional accountant's fee, covers software provision and updates, training, vat and payroll returns if required. As time goes on, and you get a handle on the essential tasks such as vat returns, we can turn our attention to other areas which can help the business survive and grow. There are no hidden extras and year end returns are included in the charge.  

Online accounting fees start at €63 plus vat per month for the basic online accounting package i.e. for a sole trader not registered for vat. These accounting fees then increase according to the complexity and size of the business and, of course, the amount of time we spend. Using this method makes your accountant more accessible, brings certainty to this area of expense and is more helpful in planning your business.  

You may ask how all this can be provided for the usual accountancy fee. The answer is that ONE ENTRY DOES ALL. Everything - vat, reports, income tax, company returns etc. - can be prepared from the initial online entry that you make of sales, purchases and bank transactions; and don't forget you won't need a sales invoice book. You write your sales invoice into our software; then print or email it and that's it for sales - done and dusted as far as you are concerned.

 So no more searching for and hawking around of purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank statements and cheque stubs to and from one another. No more duplicating and even triplicating entries and we haven't even mentioned the environment and how many trees it takes to prepare accounts.
